At Girafits, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Our team works diligently to process and dispatch orders while keeping you informed at every step. Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

 

Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays. In such cases, we will inform you using the contact details provided at checkout.

 

Order Confirmation & COD Policy

  • Our team will contact you multiple times to confirm your order before dispatch.
  • If the order confirmation call is not answered or confirmed, the order will not be dispatched and may be cancelled.

 

Remote Area Confirmation Fee

  • For orders placed from remote or high-risk delivery areas, Girafits may request an order confirmation fee of PKR 250.
  • This amount is fully adjustable and will be deducted from the final Cash on Delivery (COD) amount at the time of delivery.
  • Orders from remote areas will only be dispatched after confirmation and receipt of this fee.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
We process orders quickly, so there is only a limited window to make corrections.

If you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

 

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

May be considered undeliverable and are subject to a restocking or re-shipping fee, determined by Girafits.

 

Return Request Period

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned with original packaging intact, including boxes, tags, and labels.
  • Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Damaged or Opened Parcels

We take great care in packaging your order.
If you receive a parcel that is damaged, tampered with, or opened, please inform us immediately with proper evidence so we can assist you promptly.

 

Worldwide Delivery

Girafits offers international shipping worldwide.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and total weight of the order.
  • Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on the location, customs clearance, and local courier services.
  • Any custom duties, taxes, or import charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once an international order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via the contact information provided at checkout.

Please note that international orders may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) and must be prepaid.
