Exchange & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Girafits. This Exchange & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policy stated below. Girafits reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, tags, labels, and all accessories
  • The packaging must be undamaged and complete
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Products will not be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • The product shows signs of use
  • The return request is made after 10 days 


Defective or Incorrect Orders (Our Responsibility)

If you receive:

  • defective product
  • damaged item
  • An incorrect item due to our error

Girafits will offer a free exchange or return at no additional cost.

Please ensure you provide clear evidence (photos or videos) of the issue so our team can process your request quickly.


Size Exchange or Change of Mind (Customer Responsibility)

If you wish to:

  • Change the size
  • Exchange a product without any defect
  • Return a product due to personal preference

The shipping cost for both sides (return & re-dispatch) will be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.


Return & Exchange Process

1️⃣ Notify Us

2️⃣ Ship the Item Back

Once approved, please ship the item back to the Girafits return address (shared by our team).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side
  • We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking

Girafits is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


3️⃣ Inspection & Resolution

After receiving the item, our team will inspect it and notify you within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Approved Returns: Refund will be processed accordingly and transferred online on the same day.
  • Approved Exchanges: Replacement item will be dispatched once shipping costs (if applicable) are cleared

Please note:
If the return is not due to a defect or our error, shipping charges will be deducted where applicable.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection approval
  • COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side
  • Girafits reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions
