Q: How is COD (Cash on Delivery) done?

Ans: To confirm a COD order, an advance payment of PKR 250 is required via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. The remaining amount is payable at delivery.

 

Q: Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Ans: Yes, we deliver all across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

 

Q: Do you deliver worldwide?

Ans: Girafits offers worldwide delivery.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout in real time, based on the destination country and total weight of the order.
  • All international orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for worldwide shipments.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.
  • Any custom duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that international shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is caused by Girafits.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

Ans:

  • Within Punjab: 3–4 business days
  • Outside Punjab: 4–6 business days

Shipping time may vary depending on product availability and location.

 

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Ans:

  • T-Shirts: Export-quality 100% cotton (200–220 GSM), lab-verified
  • Caps/Hats: Premium Cotton Jeans, Suede fabric and Softshell Fabric.
