Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Ans: Right now there are 3 types of payments:

  1. COD (Cash on Delivery)?
  2. Transfer to bank
  3. Transfer to Easy Paisa/ Jazz Cash account

Q: How is COD (Cash on Delivery) done?

Ans: For COD, you need to pay 250 Rs in advance through Bank or Jazzcash/Easypaisa to confirm your order.

 

Q: What should I do if I have trouble with the website?

Ans: If you have any trouble using our website, or didn’t found what you are looking for or you have found any bug in our website, please do share the details with us using our contact us section.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Ans: It will usually take 3-4 days within Punjab and around 4-6 business days outside Punjab for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

 Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Ans: We have our 7 days return and refund policy. Please check that in our policy section. So, you just need to contact us and we will do the rest.

 

Q: Can I shop without creating an account?

Ans: Yes, you can shop as a guest user.

 

Q: Will I receive a confirmation message when I place my order?

Ans: Yes, all customers will receive confirmation messages after placing their orders. If you don’t receive one within 6 hours, do contact us on our whatsApp and we will respond to you as soon as we can.

 

Q: What materials are used in your clothing?

Ans: For the T-Shirts, we are using export quality 100% cotton (200 GSM - 220 GSM). The fabric is verified by the lab as well. For the hats, we are using Cotton Jeans and Suede fabric.

 

Q: How can I contact you if I have a problem with my order?

Ans: All inquiries can be forwarded to our email. For quick responses, you can contact us via WhatsApp.

 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Ans: Yes, you can change or cancel the order by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.You need to share your order number and new order details in case of change in order. Please note that you need to contact us within 2 hours if you wish to change or cancel your order.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

Ans: You can contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and we will respond as soon as we can.
